Athletic Reformer: Instructor Upskill Course | 20th - 21st June 2026

£650.00

As the popularity of athletic Reformer continues to grow, instructors are increasingly expected to deliver fast-paced, challenging and intelligently programmed classes that blend strength, endurance and functional movement. This course will equip you with the tools, repertoire and teaching strategies needed to create engaging, high-energy sessions while maintaining the principles of Pilates.

The training is delivered through a blended learning approach, combining both online and in-person study. Modules 1–3 are completed online and are designed to provide a concise overview and refresh key knowledge you should already have from your previous Reformer training. Modules 4–6 are also supported with online learning materials, allowing you to review and consolidate the content in your own time.

The in-person training days are dedicated exclusively to the practical application of Modules 4–6. During these sessions, you will focus on bringing the material to life through movement, coaching and teaching practice, ensuring you can confidently apply what you have learned in a real class setting.

Across the in-person training, you will explore an updated athletic Reformer repertoire, learn how to structure progressive class programming, and refine your coaching and cueing techniques for a group fitness environment. Emphasis is placed on practical learning, giving you extensive opportunities to teach, receive feedback and build confidence in delivering athletic-style sessions.

Requirements: Must hold a recognised or in-house Reformer qualification and be currently delivering Reformer classes or personal training sessions.
